Sounds like she's on her way to her own brilliance - scream when she sees the vacuum. That way, when she's old enough for her chores, she can pull the old "afraid of the vacuum card." My kid is hosed: "You like cleaning K-Man? Get on it!"

The irony for my daughter was for the first month the vacuum was the only thing we had that would make her stop crying...now at almost 6 months old it makes her scream! :)
